Only a few more days until the Holiday weekend, we know most of you are still figuring out what to do.
If you are still in peril of not having great plans, here is one great suggestion ... "Do AC"
Atlantic City, NJ is only 2 to 2.5 hours away from Manhattan (depending on how long it takes you to get through Manhattan to the Lincoln Tunnel).
Once you get through the Lincoln Tunnel it is usally smooth sailing on the NJ Turnpike to the Garden State Pkwy.
The drive through Jersey is usually nice with plenty of Rest Stops with Starbucks for the occasional caffeine jolt.
Once you get down toward the end of the GSP you can smell the fresh ocean air, and the excitement of reaching exit 38A (AC Expressway) starts to build.
Once you get to Atlantic City it's up to you on how to build your trip.
AC is not just for the gambler, even though most of us will throw a few dollars down on a table game, or in a slot machine while we are there.
Besides gambling you can enjoy the beach and boardwalk, The Outlets, or Ceasars Pier Shops, tons of restaurants for dining, Show & Attractions ... and much more.
Our Production Manager Joel suggests staying downbeach, he says the one of the better Casinos is Tropicana. He says; "The Tropicana offers a little bit of everything for everybody" ... it's not just one type of demographic there. You have a youthful crowd, young professional crowd, and middle age crowd. The Trop caters to all walks with both the gaming experience, dining, and night attractions. They also just did a large renovation and it is beautiful.
